New Discount Club Application Number Request

If you are a Registered Discount Club and want to add a Merchant Member, please use www.mysinglelink.com/discount and log in at Discount Club Level using Discount Club Id and Password.

I confirm that I am an owner or manage a Business of the type selected above. I also confirm that the EMail Address listed above belong to me or to my Business. The Business owner will abide by Terms & Conditions, which may be modified from time to time, listed below and like to Register the Business.

When all the information is readily available, the Application Submission process would normailly take less than 5 minutes.

    Following is the procedure in adding a New Discount Club:
  • Fill in New Discount Club Application Number Request using the following link:

  • www.mysinglelink.com/newdiscountclub
    OR
    www.mysinglelink.com and then select 'Enroll me as Discount Club'
  • Receive an Application Number to your Email Address
  • Fill in the Application using the following link:
  • www.mysinglelink.com/newdiscountclub
    OR
    www.mysinglelink.com and then select 'Enroll me as Discount Club'
  • Fill in Business Information
  • Fill in Bank Account Information
  • Fill in Setup Information
  • Fill in Service Level & Billing Cycle Information
  • View the Charges
  • Accept the charges and Save the Application
  • Upload Voided Check Image which would complete Application Submit Process
    Following are the steps executed by MySingleLink to add the Merchant or Location:
  • An email will be sent to the Sales Person, if any, for information
  • An email will be sent to the Discount Club Organizer with a link to approve or reject the Application
  • Submit an ACH transaction for the Charges, if the Application is approved by the Merchant
  • Set up the Discount Clib within 2 business days, If the ACH transaction is successful
  • Send MySingleLink Discount Club Id and Password to the Discount Club Organizer
