Our Products and Services can be used by all Merchant types and Consumers. Following examples are for Restaurants and for Retail Merchants:
 
Buy Online Pick-up From Locker (BOPFL) is getting rid of expensive Counters, Touch Screen Kiosks, Ordering Stations, Drive-Thru Windows and Curbside Deliveries.

  • Online Orders and In-Store Mobile Orders:

    • Consumers can place orders 24/7 from anywhere using computers and/or mobile devices.
    • Consumers can also place mobile orders at merchant locations during hours of operation.
    • Payment will be processed directly thru Merchants' credit card processors without exposing sensitive information to Merchants.
    • Consumers pick-up the goods from Lockers placed inside merchant locations or inside airports or inside stadiums or inside movie theatres or at drive-thru lanes or at curbsides.
    • Consumers can use their mobile devices or use a one-time code printed/displayed on sales receipts.
    • Merchants can also deliver the orders thru In-Home Delivery Lockers located at recipients' locations.


  • In-Store Counters/Touch Screen Kiosk Orders:

    • Consumers not having access to mobile devices can always use Counters/Touch Screen Kiosks.
    • Consumers receive a one-time code printed on the receipt.
    • Consumers can view the locker number on a TV monitor.
    • Consumers can enter the one-time code to unlock the locker.


Full Service Restaurants:
On-Premises Dining:


  • Customers sign-in just by scanning a QR Code without waiting in line and without giving out cell phone number.
    • Customers can view the menu in their mobile devices.
    • Customers can also purchase and send e-Gift cards to any number of recipients.
    • Customers can also pre-authorize payment and even select coupons to be used.
    • Merchants would never get sensitive information like Credit/Debit card or Bank account number or mobile number.

  • Customers will be seated based on waiting status displayed on a big TV Monitor and/or on Customers' mobile devices.
  • Waiting status may be even based on Customers' loyalty levels.
  • Customers can place orders using mbole devices and/or verbally.
  • Customers can request for help any time using mobile devices.
  • Restaurant associates can serve faster and can immediately attend to Customer needs.
  • Customers can make mobile payments and leave.
  • Table can be immediately cleaned and be available.
  • Restaurants can monitor Customer flow in real time.

Off-Premises Dining:

  • Merchants would receive orders.
  • Notification will be sent when order is placed in Pick-up Lockers
  • Customers or Delivery Persons would pick-up the orders using their mobile devices or by entering a one time code.

Quick Service Restaurants:
  • Customers can place orders from anywhere as following:
    • To pick-up at a specific location for Pre-Cooked food.
    • To pick-up at any location for Freshly Cooked food.
 
In-Door:


  • At the location, if advanced order has not been placed, Customers scan a QR Code and place an order for and wait to get a locker number.
  • At the location, if advanced order has been placed, Customers just scan a QR Code to get a locker number.
  • Orderes can be for in-store or for off-store consumption.
  • Customers could view the locker number in their mobile devices and/or on a TV monitor
  • Customers could use a mobole device or enter a code printed on their sales receipt to open the locker and pick-up the order.
 
Drive-Thru Lane:

  • At the location, Customers can park vehicles in one of the parking spaces, in drive-thru wait lane without by-passing other vehicle waiting in front of them.
  • Customers would scan a QR Code accessible from the vehicle to place an order, if an order has not been placed and wait to get a locker number.
  • Customers just scan a QR Code accessible from the vehicle to get a locker number, if an order has already been placed.
  • While waiting lin line to get a locker number, customers move their vehicles as the vehicles move in front of them.
  • Customers would get a locker number in their mobile devices and/or view in a TV monitor.
  • Customers mot having mobile devices still can drive to ordering station without by-passing any vehicle waiting ahead of them, place the order and wait to get a locker number.
  • Customers would drive to the locker, by-passing other vehicles waiting in the drive-thru wait lane. Use their mobile devices or enter a code printed on their sales receipts and pick-up the order.

Food Court or Stadium:


  • Customers place orders by selecting a merchant within the food court or stadium and pick-up the orders from dedicated locker station attached to each concession stand or from a shared locker station located at entrances to the stadiums.
  • Customers could view the locker number in a big TV Monior and/or in a mobile app.
  • Customesr would use mobile devices or enter a code printed on their sales receipts and pick-up the order.
 
Movie Theatre:

  • Customers place orders by selecting a merchant within the Movie Theatre and pick-up the orders from dedicated locker station attached to each concession stand or from a shared locker station located at the entrances to the Auditoriums.
  • Customers could view the locker number in a big TV Monior attached to the locker station and/or in a mobile app.
  • Customesr would use mobile devices or enter a code printed on their sales receipts and pick-up the order.

 
Airport Gate:


  • Customers place orders by selecting a merchant within the airport and pick-up the orders from a shared locker station loated near a selected gate or near a gate assigned to a selected arriving or departing flight.
  • Customers could view the locker number in a big TV Monior and/or in a mobile app.
  • Customesr would use mobile devices or enter a code printed on their sales receipts and pick-up the order.

Retail Merchants are Merchants such as Convenient Stores, Groceries, Department Stores.


  • Use Your Own Device Orders:

    • Consumers can place orders 24/7 from any location using computers and mobile devices.
    • Payment can be processed directly thru Merchants' credit card processors without exposing sensitive information to Merchants.
    • Consumers pick-up the goods from Lockers placed inside or at the drive-thru lane or at the curb.
    • Consumers can use their mobile devices or enter a one-time code printed/displayed on the sales receipt.
    • Merchants can also deliver the orders thru In-Home Delivery Lockers located at recipients locations.


  • In-Store Counter/Touch Screen Kiosk Orders:

    • Consumers do not have access to mobile devices can always use Counter and/or Touch Screen Kiosks wherever available.
    • Consumers receie a one-time code printed on the receipt.
    • Consumers can view the locker number on a TV monitor.
    • Consumers can enter the one-time code to unlock the locker.



Consumers:
In-Home Delivery Lockers:

Delivery persons can leave Package/Food/Groceries inside secured area without entering into secured area:
  • Consumers place orders online using any Web Site or App.
  • Delivery persons use mobile devices to scan the tracking number and scan the QR Code displayed on the In-Home Delivery Locker to open the Locker and leave the goods.
  • Alternatively delivery persons enter a one-time code or few digits in tracking number to open the Locker and leave the goods.
  • Consumers pick-up the goods from inside of their secured living or office area.

Password Less Website Log-in:

  • Consumers access a web site log-in page.
  • Merchants display a unique QR Code in the log-in page with instructions.
  • Consumers scan the QR Code using 'MSL Wallet' or Merchant App and follow the instructions.
  • Consumers authenticate with their finger print on the App or enter a unique one-time code on the log-in page to log in.

Card Less Payment:


  • Consumers can make face to face payment, web site payment, App payment as well as over the phone payment.
  • Merchants display a QR Code received from 'MSL Wallet' or Merchant App.
  • Consumers scan the QR Code using 'MSL Wallet' or Merchant App while holding finger on the finger print to approve the payment.
  • Alternatively, Consumers can also hand over a one-time code called Single Use Digital Signature (SUDS) received from 'MSL Wallet' or Merchant App to the Merchant to approve the payment.
