How does Sprint-Thru Traffic Manager work?
|
|
|
Sprint-Thru Traffic Manager is a service provided through Virtual Terminal, iPoster and
Display Monitor and/or Text. In addition to Virtual Terminal the service can also be provided
through 'MSL POS' app as well as 'Merchant' app.
IPosters can accept sign-in request from advance buyers and delviery service providers.
IPosters can also direct at the location buyers to online ordering service providers.
IPosters can also direct at the location buyers to call centers to place orders.
Virtual terminal, 'MSL POS' and 'Merchant' can accept inputs from merchants to display
the status of every order on one or more display monitors.
Virtual terminal can also send texts instead and/or in addition to display monitors.
Virtual terminal, 'MSL POS' and 'Merchant' can also accept inputs from merchants to
manage lockers.
Service Type: Software as a Servcie (SAAS)
Hardware Requirement: iPoster Stands, Display Monitors &
In-Store Pickup Locker or
Curbside Pickup Locker or
Parking Lot Pickup Locker.
Service Volume: Unlimited.
Supported Platform: Desktop, Laptop & Any Mobile Device.
Software Download: None.
Mobile Device App Requirement: None. But Supported.
User Interface: Virtual Terminal and 'MSL POS' or 'Mercant' app.
POS Interface: Interfaced with all POS current and future systems. No additional API interface is required.
Description:

Advance Buyers & Delivery persons can scan the QR Code displayed on the iPoster to sign-in
for pickup.

At the Location Buyers can scan the QR Code displayed on the iPosters to place an order using
any online ordering service provider.

At the Location Buyers can also call a number displayed on the iPosters, instead of scanning
the QR Code displayed on the iPosters, to place an order with the kitchen staff
or with any call center ordering service provider.

Merchants can use a virtual terminal or an app provided at free of cost to update
the contents of the display monitor with status of each order.

Merchants just prepare and leave the orders in the cubbies or in the lockers.

Orders left in the cubbies, orders may not be protected.

Orders left in the lockers will be protected. Advance Buyers, Delivery persons and
at the Location Buyers
can use a one-time code included in the receipt such as last 4 digits of payment card
number or tracking number or order number and the like to unlock the locker.
