When 2FA is enabled, users will receive a one-time code with the following warning message to pass on the responsibility to users:
  • Do not share password or one-time passcode with anyone. Employees will never ask for password or one-time passcode. Immediately report any suspicious or phishing activity to authorities.

 

Follow the instructions given below to use 'Password Less' Login:

MSL Wallet or Merchant App is Required.
  • Scan the QR Code using the app to view 'Authorize' button in the App
    Touch Id or Face Id will be required
  • Tap on 'Authorize' button in the App
  • Click on 'Login' button in the web site
  • The 'Wi-Fi' used by the app and by the web site should be same or at least the locations where the app and the web site are used should be in the same geographical location.
