Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date by calling MySingleLink customer support at
(210) 494 5465. MySingleLink will not accept returns for products purchased thru other entities such as
distributors or retail or ecommerce partners. Defective units are covered under MySingleLink's 90 days
limited warranty policy and will be replaced at MySingleLink's cost.
Limited warranty pertains only to electronic component of the locker.
An unit is considered defective, if it does not work as required under normal conditions. For example,
if the electronic lock does not function.
